June is the month of watching fireflies. We can see them in our village but in the next village of ours, it’s a view of magic!
Our guests of this month. We have a couple from France. They’re travelling around Asia quite long and they went to Sapa, Vietnam where we visited last Feb. They also bought a misanga bracelet and Vietnam T-shirt! Our sons dressed the same! 😉
We had Tako-yaki party at night and cooked Tako-yaki with Saku.
Thank you for coming and enjoy travelling Asia!
We had brother and sister from Australia! The brother was very tall and Saku loved to be on his shoulders!
Thank you for playing with our son 🙂
We had “Skip Gakudan” they are a group who plays instruments for the 2 nd times. They kindly played the new game “OBAKE CATCH” with Saku.
After 2 days from thier stay, they play in a cafe in Nantan city called “Michi no Tochu”. So here we are! Saku played some instruments on the stage and Aito loved listening to the music and was singing something! We had a blast night!
What a beautiful sound…!
Recent Saku! When he comes back from school by taxi, me and Aito welcome him at the entrance of our village and walk 7 mins to home. On the way, he starts doing his home work anytime and anywhere he wants.
Since Saku became an elementary school student, we got a kid signboard which indicates drivers that a student walk around here so please be careful! It’s a nice signboard to our guest house!
Saku learned a story in his Japanese class “Hana no Michi”, means “a path of flowers” and he created this path.
Saku is helping his brother picking…
UME, Japanese prum! In many places of Ayabe I’ve heard it’s a poor crop year but we collected much! We will make juice!
Aito of this month! The Japanese pepper tree is growing just out side of our window and sitting beside this window is his favorite.
Let’s go to see brother Saku! I don’t want to wear shoes!
He said “Ni i ni”, easy version of “Oni i chan” brother for the first time this month!!!
